Christmas Charity Ball: Dance and Music as a Gift for Adults and Children

Representatives of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts organized a charity ball to help Zhodino preschool children's home.

The festive event was held on December 14 in the House of Moscow in Minsk. The New Year's Ball united representatives of the militia university and the University of Culture in a charitable action aimed at helping the children of the Zhodino preschool children's home.

The holiday was opened by the Deputy Dean for educational and creative work of the University of Culture Elena Emelyova, who warmly greeted the audience and stressed the importance of interuniversity cooperation. According to the speaker, the youth who actively participates in charitable actions deserves approval and support, of course. It is necessary to note other advantages of the younger generation, such as creative talents, readiness to serve and protect.

The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the ball was introduced by 2nd course of the Faculty of Militia. After the introductory words, gallant and courageous gentlemen from a police academy were invited to a waltz of beautiful and graceful representatives of the University of Culture.

The festive evening was remembered not only by dances, but also by a competitive program. So, the best couple were chosen, dance master classes were held and much more. The magic atmosphere was created by live music - the orchestra of the University of Culture "Svetoch" performed. All the money raised at the ball was sent to help the Zhodino preschool children's home.
